Jason and Katie bring 53 years of combined industry experience, supported by a technician with 19 years of experience. Together, our team brings 72 years of combined restoration industry experience.
Today, Jason and Katie lead Southern Shield with a hands-on approach to assessment, cleanup, and communication throughout Middle Tennessee. Southern Shield is operated by the same family behind Eagle Eyes Restoration.

Yes. Southern Shield provides cleanup, repairs, and reconstruction, so you can work with one company from start to finish. This includes drywall repair, texture, and painting. Each phase is clearly defined, quoted, and authorized in the written scope.
Can you provide documentation for insurance?
We can discuss documenting the affected areas and completed work for your claim. Your insurer determines coverage and payment; we cannot guarantee a claim outcome.
How long does the work take?
Timing depends on the cause, extent of damage, materials, and site conditions. We discuss expected steps after assessment and update you as work progresses.
