Cleanup work performed.
The team cleaned debris out of the crawlspace, HEPA vacuumed all areas, sprayed antimicrobial, and wiped down all areas. This cleaning sequence addressed the debris and surfaces before the subsequent treatment and sealing steps.
Treatment and wood sealing.
Jason reported treating the areas with Serum 1000 and accelerator, followed by Serum 2000 to reseal the wood. These are the products and sequence he reported for this project; the scope at another property would be selected after assessment.
